Nosara is an idyllic little surf town nestled in the jungle of Costa Rica's Western Nicoya peninsula. Nosara itself is actually the local town separated somewhat from the laid back tourist area known for it's Yoga, Surfing and relaxation. I would recommend staying in a hotel near the commercial area of "Playa Guiones". It is laughable to call it 'commercial' as it contains one bank, several real estate shops and the odd little shop. Nosara seems to blend into the jungle as most buildings are no more than 2 stories and howler monkeys frequently swing through town.
